Shipping
Unfortunately we can currently only take orders from within the UK. We operate a flat postage fee of £3.95 on all orders no matter how many products in that order. All orders over £80 qualify for free delivery. All our products are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and are delivered within 3-5 working days of placing your order, in many cases less.

All products on our website we keep in stock. Occasionally however, demand will mean our stocks are down in which case we will have to order more from our suppliers. If this is the case we can usually get the product to you within 10 days. We will always contact you to let you know if this will affect your order.

Prices
All prices on the Toywood web-site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. They DO NOT include packing and postage.
Our VAT number is: GB 802 9574 24.

Returns
We are confident in the quality and design of the products Toywood offer, but if you change your mind and decide that you need to cancel an order, you may do so before despatch and a full refund will be given. If however you decide to cancel after despatch you need to return the product to us within 7 days in the original packaging and in the tip-top condition it arrived. Toywood will then refund the cost of the product but unfortunately CANNOT REFUND COST OF POSTAGE. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Toywood products are packed securely and soundly and leave us in tip-top condition. If, for whatever reason, the package is damaged when received,’DO NOT ACCEPT IT’ just return to sender. If you are unavailable when the package arrives and you find it damaged please notify us within 48 hrs. We will then arrange to forward a replacement or offer a full refund.
